Dear Mr. Fedriko,

I am writing because I with to complain about the shoes prices that have (been) raised over the last few months.

First of all, I have been buying from you frequently when you were the cheapest and the most worthwhile shop in the area. But, now, I am not sure I or anyone(ww.) else will continue

buy(ing) from you when the prices (have) raised significantly.

In addition, now, after you raised the prices, I discovered that there is another shop in the area with the same products, but it offers prices which are lower than yours. Therefore, your promise "The cheapest shop" is not valid anymore.

In conclusion, I am very disappointed about the last change. I and everybody(ww.) in our area will appreciate(it) if you will(מיותר) return the old prices and we will continue enjoy(ing) your excellent services.

Dear Ms. Simon,

Concerning the decision to cancel all our school trips, I would like to express my opinion on that important decision. Following the alcohol (drinking) and smoking in our school, I strongly agree with you and think that this is the right way to improve the behavior.

For a start, the last long journey we have made(ww.+gr. - use the past) was greatly shameful. We have(מיותר) left behind mess and chaos in place of the tidy rooms and the neat corridors that we got on the first day. These events have probably left a bad impression on the hostel owner.

As for the teachers and the hostel workers, I believe the the students' behavior should not be their bother(ww.) and mature students have to be aware of those around them and respect them.

I congratulate you on your decision. I only wish it will influence them for the better so that you can take them to the outside world(phr.).
